We collect the minimum information needed to provide our services:

• Account information you provide (name, email, organization).

• SMS opt-in records: phone number confirmed by the caller during the call, opt-in timestamp, the verbatim verbal disclosure read on the recorded voice call, and the recorded consumer confirmation.

Epic AI LLC operates AI voice agents that can send transactional SMS messages on behalf of our customers. The following terms apply to all SMS traffic we send:

• Consumers opt in by giving verbal consent on a recorded inbound voice call to a published business voice line. The voice agent reads a verbatim disclosure before any SMS is sent. SMS is sent only to numbers confirmed by the caller during the same call. Each consent event is timestamped and the full call recording is retained for audit.
• Message types are strictly transactional. Examples include callback links, account confirmations, and other information the consumer asked for on the call.
• Frequency: up to two messages per inbound call.
• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are all honored.
• Epic AI LLC does not share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain account, transaction, and audit records for a typical seven-year window to comply with tax and legal obligations. Call recordings and SMS consent records are retained for the same period for audit purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information Epic AI LLC holds about you, subject to legal retention obligations. You also have the right to opt out of any non-essential messaging at any time.
