We collect the minimum information needed to provide our services:

• Account information you provide (name, email, organization).
• Contact form submissions (message content and reply address).
• Usage analytics (page views, referrer, session duration) collected only after explicit consent.
• SMS opt-in records: phone number, opt-in timestamp, the verbal disclosure read on the recorded voice call, and the recorded consumer confirmation.

Epic AI operates AI voice agents that can send transactional SMS messages on behalf of our customers. The following terms apply to all SMS traffic we send:

• Consumers opt in by giving verbal consent on a recorded inbound voice call to a published business voice line. The voice agent reads a clear disclosure before any SMS is sent. Each consent event is timestamped and the full call recording is retained for audit.
• Message types are strictly transactional. Examples include callback links, account confirmations, and other information the consumer asked for on the call.
• Frequency: typically up to two messages per call.
• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are all honored.
• We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Carrier infrastructure provider: Telnyx LLC.

We retain account, transaction, and audit records for a typical seven-year window to comply with tax and legal obligations. Call recordings and SMS consent records are retained for the same period for audit purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention obligations. You also have the right to opt out of any non-essential messaging at any time.
