Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By engaging Epic AI LLC or by accessing services we provide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of services

Epic AI provides the following categories of services:

  • Software design, development, and delivery.
  • AI integrations and automation.
  • AI voice agents and telephony integrations.
  • Custom mobile and web applications.
  • Ongoing engineering and operational support.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services to violate any law or regulation.
  • Use our services to send unsolicited communications, infringe intellectual property, harass any person, or distribute malicious software.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data.
  • Reverse engineer or copy our proprietary code or models.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Epic AI retains ownership of all tooling, internal libraries, and frameworks developed by Epic AI. Custom deliverables created for a specific customer are licensed or assigned per the terms of the applicable engagement contract.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic AI's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the customer to Epic AI in the twelve months preceding the claim. Epic AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Epic AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services in violation of these terms or applicable law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement per the terms of the applicable contract. Epic AI may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fremont County, Colorado.
