SMS Terms

The Epic AI SMS service is operated by Epic AI LLC (DBA Epic AI), a Colorado limited liability company. Epic AI is a fully online company.

Before any SMS is sent, Epic AI's voice agent reads the following consent script to the caller on a recorded inbound voice call:

“This is Epic AI, calling you back at the line you reached us on, seven one nine, four three one, eight five eight five. With your permission, I can text you that link right now at this number. By agreeing, you will receive up to two transactional messages related to this call from Epic AI. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Do you agree?”

SMS is sent only after the caller confirms the number to us during a recorded inbound call and gives explicit consent by replying “yes” or an equivalent affirmative response. No SMS is sent to numbers that have not been verbally confirmed by the caller on that same call. Each consent event is timestamped and the full call recording is retained for audit.

1. Frequency. Up to two (2) transactional messages per inbound call to Epic AI's voice agents. No marketing messages. No recurring messages. No subscription.
2. Cost. Msg & data rates may apply per the consumer's carrier.
3. Opt-out. Reply STOP to opt out. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are all honored. Reply HELP for help.

6. Confirmed-number-only rule. SMS is sent only after the caller confirms the number to us during a recorded inbound call AND gives explicit consent by replying “yes” or equivalent. No SMS is sent to numbers that have not been verbally confirmed by the caller on that same call.
7. Mobile information sharing. Epic AI LLC does not share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Strictly transactional. Callback links the consumer requested during the call: directions, hours, online order or booking links, waitlist, reservation, careers application, and contact form confirmations.

No marketing. No third-party promotions. No purchased lists. No upsells.

Each SMS recipient phone number is the number confirmed by the caller during the call, not a number derived from caller ID alone. The caller states or confirms the destination number aloud on the recorded call before consent is requested.
