SMS Terms

1. About Epic AI’s SMS service

Epic AI operates AI voice agents that can send transactional SMS messages to consumers who verbally opt in during an inbound voice call to a published business voice line.

2. How consumers opt in

Verbal consent on a recorded voice call. Before any SMS is sent, the voice agent reads this literal disclosure:

“I can text you that link right now to the number you're callin' from. You'll get up to a couple messages per call, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP any time. Sound good?”

The consumer must verbally confirm. Each consent event is timestamped and the full call recording is retained for audit.

3. Message types

Strictly transactional. Callback links requested by the consumer during the call: directions, hours, online order/booking links, waitlist, reservation, careers application, and contact form confirmations.

No marketing. No third-party promotions. No purchased lists.

4. Frequency

Up to approximately two messages per call.

5. Cost

Standard message and data rates may apply per the consumer's carrier.

6. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are all honored. Reply HELP for help.
